Not sure if this is just a setting I'm missing, but I created a report and set filters. However the filter cards all appear blank and you can only see what's in them if you hover over them.
That's not a setting, something is going "wonky". Is this in Service or Desktop? In either case, have you exited & restarted Browser/Desktop?
It's Service, and it's doing the same thing in both Chrome and Edge. I cleared my cache in both, but it didn't make a difference.
Are your other users experiencing it?
You may end up needing to submit it to Issues if it's a bug. Issues
