Hi all,
Just wanting any advise for tools to test and monitor over a capacity.
So far I am using fabric capacity metrics apps, report usage metrics and some features within the service admin portal.
I am also using DAX studio to test queries for datasets hosted on the service.
I'm wanting a good tool to test capacity usage itself, as well as reports themselves at the visualizations level. I can test query length etc via DAX studio to see how long things take but I can't determine the amount of CU% these are taking. I can currently reactively test this via the fabric capacity app (i.e., click around ona report, refresh the data and check what it does on the app) - but how can I do this proactively whereby I go and create a test scenario and check exactly how much resources are being consumed when doing stuff in a report as well as data refreshes.
Thanks
