Tables and columns not showing after publishing to Power BI Web

Hi team,

I have created a Power BI dashboard to show data quality of our database (reads directly from the database).

This means that the dataset includes a lot of different tables (some are very small though).

Everything works perfectly on the desktop app, but when I publish it to the web version, some of the tables and columns disappear, breaking a lot of the graphs.

Downloading the published report/dataset still has all the columns and tables though - so they are still there on the web version, just hidden and not useable for some reason.

Is there a table/column limit in Power BI Web? I can't seem to find any information about this.
