Support Outside US

HI!
I'm trying to find some things:
1. The new PBI will be avaliable in Brazil?
2. With the Power BI license will be possible to share Power Query like in the Power BI for Office 365?
3. If it don't get avaliable in brazil, can i buy it from US?

I really like this thing, and my company wants to get this, but we are afraid that we'll no get all the features of PBI and Office 365 buying it from brazil, an option seems to get this directly from the US's site, but i don't know if i can do it with a adress from Brazil.

I appreciate all the help i can get.

In the link below, the "Portuguese (Brazil) - Português" is listed in the supported languages in Power BI, but you can wait 3 more days to find out when it's generally available.
