Sum Values on Same Date and 4 week average forecasting

I really could use some help. I've been struggling through this issue over the last couple of days and am truly at my wits end. Like most I am new to PBI and while having had some great success as new learner, this one has got me completely stumped!!

 

What I need to accomplish: This data will be placed in a matrix table and would respond to a slicer, and can be also be used in line/bar charts. 

1.) I need to forward forecast on a limited amount of data - 4 weeks (rolling avg) through to Jan 2022 (Slicer to support by week,month,qtr, etc. would be optimal

2.) Once I am forecasted to 2022, I then need to add values that are listed as small incentive/bonus points between the 4 "actual" data points and 2022.

3.) as weeks progress, any calculated value will be replaced by real -actual values. It must continue to roll forward as each week progresses

hi not sure this is in the right forum, deskop might be better. I can see what you trying to do, however can you explain what you struggling with exactly, where do you get stuck?

@vanessaafvg. I get stuck at adding the values forward then adding them together. I can independently create the 4 week average but it adds it during the current dates. I have tried parellelperiod... but it starts the calendar over during the same month, dateadd....again wont give me a full 18 months... nothing I am doing is working... I've tried creating variables with Calculate(Sum X and filters with Return to sum the two variables. No cigar.. Do I need to repost to the correct forum?
