Subscription email screenshots incomplete

Hi,

I have been recently receiving incomplete screenshots of reports via subscription emails.. It seems the screenshot has been created while the report is still loading, the visuals are showing the loading icon. The reports have been working fine the previous days.

Any ideas what causes the issue and how to resolve it?

Please check out these limitations on this page if any limitations cause this issue. Please also share a snapshot of this issue.

Hi Dale,

I did check the limitations, our report should be fine and it has been rendering with no issues before. In addition, _some_ of the subscribed users receive a good looking render while others receive an incomplete one.

Hi @Anonymous,

There is also a png image in the attachment. How does it look like? I tested it again. It seems fine. I would suggest you file a support ticket here.
