What time and capacity do all our subscriptions take , is there a way to know that ?
Is there a way to modorate subscriptions for about 2000 uses , multipple reports ?
Thanks

There is no good "solution" Nor what the user answered is not known to me . There is simply no good solution . Short of custom coding to resolve this nothing is doable
Hi @Habash
As far as I am aware, the only way to look at the use of subscriptions is to look at the premium metrics app, which can be found here.
Install the Microsoft Fabric capacity metrics app - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
Check out the April 2026 Power BI update to learn about new features.
