Subscription Not Working

I have set up a subscription on a PPU workspace. The subscription sends an email with an pdf attached. This has worked fine since 2023. However, the subscription email didnt go out this morning and I dont find any explanation.

Everything else is the same. 

• Subsccription is active.
• The time is 8:30am 
• Workspace remains PPU

Any one having similar problems?

Hey there!

Sometimes Power BI Service has an outage affecting scheduled subscriptions. You should visit Power BI Service Status Page → Microsoft Power BI Status and look for any subscription-related issues!

Also if a Power BI report fails multiple times, Power BI automatically disables the subscription. If this happened, try re-enabling it!
