Hi All,
I hope sopmeone can help.
I have a simple tile count in a dashboard of its own which I have subscribed to. I receive the email daily at 9AM which gives me a number that I need to report on. The number is as an image in the email and also attached.
Some days the email I receive works fine and other days I receive the following error message on the image in the email "The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed, or deleted. Verify that the link points to the correct file and location. When This error happens the attached image that I also get has an error message on it "FILENAME.png It appears that we don't support this file format."
When I recreate the dashboard and re-subscribe, the email works for a few days and then stops working again.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous ,
Sorry for that we cannot reproduce this issue on my side, Could you please verify if the images were blocked by firewall or group policy? Does other reports subscribed have the same issue?
Please also refer to following links:
Best regards,
Hi,
Unfortunately neither of the links has resolved the issue.
For the second link I can'y locate the files on registry editor and I've also contacted my IT company and they can't locate them either.
Do you have any other ideas? OVer the weekend this has again, worked one day and not the next.

Hi,
Over the weekend it worked on Saturday not on Sunday so I'm not sure how my firewall would be affecting it. i've run it past our IT suppliers and they can't see any reason why it would've been stopped.
