Subscribe to power bi report with selected filters

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to schedule automatic email to the users with specific filters. I tried using power bi subscribe and power flow but unable to successfully send filtered output. Anyone has idea how to do it?

Hi @Anonymous, Thanks for the reply. Actually I am not looking for paginated reports. I am looking for the power bi report filter. 

I am able to do with single filter applied(default filter in the report) using power Apps. However its not working if I apply any adhoc filters

Hi. I don't think that's possible. The only way I can think for a user to get an email filter if the user themselve creates the subscription with RLS on the dataset. The filter applies for the creator of the subscription, that's why you can't configure that for all of them.

I don't think you have much alternative. Users should get in power bi service to explore the data on the report.
