Submit report to Powerbi.Com with .NET API

I am creating a CI/CD PowerBI report integration

I need to submit a report to PowerBI.Com

I try to use the PowerBI C# API (Microsoft.PowerBI.Api.V2) but it's not working

I have an APP declared in Azure which allows PowerBIClient

I have a local pbix file and after making some update I wanted to update it in the powerBI cloud workspace

As mentioned in the document "What can developers do with the Power BI API?" at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/overview-of-power-bi-rest-api. We can only create apps that integrate with Power BI reports, dashboards, and tiles; perform management tasks on Power BI objects like reports, datasets, and workspaces.
