Streaming API returns that error: "No HTTP resource was found that matches the request URI..."

I created the API normally and the address below was provided, but when I try to access it via POSTMAN or the browser it returns this error

Is this a network issue I should report to company support or could it be something else?

Based on the error message, the URL did not return any HTTP resource.

Are you using any custom connector?
