REST API - Get App Contacts?

I am using the REST API to retrieve information about our PBI Service tenant.

Whilst I can retrieve a list of workspaces/apps/users/etc, I cannot find how to retrieve the name of the user set as a contact within an App.

Does anyone know if it's possible to retrieve this information through the REST API?

I'm hoping to use this information to identify the apps which DON'T have a contact set against them as a "data quality" exercise.
