Status Code 409 - Can't Upload Data

Hi, all - 

I'm a new Power BI user.  The other day, I was able to upload an Excel file to Power BI without any issue.  

Today, I tried uploading a new file, and I received the following error:

I've literally tried everything; created a new file, changed the name, tried both an Excel and CSV copy, and nothing seems to work.  There isn't anything crazy in this file.  It's not huge, and it has one tab.  I don't have it open when I am trying to upload it, either. 

Can anybody think of any reason why I can't upload this file?

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having difficulty publishing a PBIX file with this same error.

Hi @cange,

Your issue could be caused by that Power BI service is experiencing these issues.  Please upload file once the issues are fixed and then check if it is successful.

But when I click on the link that v-yuezhe-msft supplied all I get is the Power BI home page. I was hoping to see a description of the error and what corrective action to take.
