I am not sure how to do the below. can someone help me. 

• Create a function in Power BI query editor which takes text as input and calls the API to check the spellings

Create a new custom column where you can invoke this function to perform the spell check

Hi @Anonymous,

You can create and invoke custom functions on query table side, it is impossible to use that custom function at data model table calculate column fields.
