Slicer (new) URL icons not displaying in Power BI Service

Hello,

I wanted to include my custom formatted icons (Powerpoint icons in grey color) in the slicer in Power BI and hence created an image URL with imgur. I then included the URLs for my Slicer (New) with a Measure as follows. It seems to work and my icons are displaying in Power BI Desktop:

Everything looks fine in Power BI Desktop.

Once I upload the report in Power BI Service (online) the icons are no longer displayed:

Can someone tell me what to do? Is there a better way to include custom-made icons from powerpoint in the slicer?

Hi @corinnaelisa ,

Based on my testing, the slicer icons can be displayed in the power bi service.

Please try the following methods:

1.Ensure Create the sample table.

2.Set the Date category is Image URL.

3.Drag the status into the slicer visual.

4.Save the report and publish to the service.

5.For the browser question, try to clear browser cache. May be you can Microsoft browser or Chrome browser.

6.For the better way, try to embed the images into the report. You can view the following document to learn more information.

Addition:

I just figured that the problem must lie with the Firefox Browser. Chrome depicts the icon.

1. Can anyone help with the Firefox browser settings (it doesn't seem to be the Add Blocker)?

2. Is there a better way to include custom-made icons from powerpoint in the Slicer (new)?
