Slicer Reverts to Single Select

Hello,

I am publishing a report from the desktop app with slicers that have single select turned off. When I view in Service, single select is turned on. If I turn it off from Service, the next time I view the report, single select is turned back on. I don't know how to save with Select All turned off and keep it that way. Is this a bug?
