Right now when you make a report filter (a filter for all pages) it's applied immediately. You have the option to clear the filter, lock it, and hide it. A client I'm working with wants to have multiple filters and toggle them on/off basically switching between them.
More specifically in Javascript embedded you can remove filters and turn add filters back. (In my use case the client can enable/disable filters, but I'd rather not build a full filter editor for the multiple filter types in my software if the user can just define them in the Power BI editor and I can toggle them). The client know about bookmarks to save whole views, but they'd rather not create 10+ bookmarks especially if they change say a visual filter which would force them to update all their bookmarks. Hopefully that's clear.
Is there a way to temporarily toggle filters on/off? Seems like you can't have a filter in the filters list without it being active unless I'm missing something.

You should be able to do with bookmarks

@Sirisian - Well, the way you toggle it "off" in the Filters pane is to check Select all.
