Show more than one data element with Data Alerts (Data Activator)

I currently have a table that shows Material Name and available stock. I also have an alert that is emailed out anytime a Product reaches a certain stock threshold. Is there a way to include additional information such as an average stock usage or Material Description? Currently the email only shows the Material Name.

I would ideally like it to show:

Trigger Time:
Material Name:
Material Description:
and other metrics

Currently you can only add one more field to the email template.

@lbendlin My "Addition Information" drop down is greyed out and unselectable - any idea why that's the case?

What did you specify under Properties?

I have nothing set under Properties. Is that required to add additional information fields?

Currently my alert is set on a table visual with two measures: Qty Available and Safety Stock Check. My alert is triggered anytime Safety Stock Check becomes a 1. How can I include Qty Available as one of the selections when I create a new property? I think I don't understand what Properties are for.

Only Material and Safety Stock Check are options for creating a new property.

Yeah, that sucks.  You could create the property against Safety Stock Check quantity but your alert is already triggered by it being 1, so this adds no value.

What additional information were you planning to include?

Well I would like the alert to trigger only based off of Safety Stock Check, but I would like the email sent by the alert to show the Material and Available Qty and potentially other measures like Averages involving the available qty.
