Show error message if the user is not expected to have access to the published report

Hi All,

As of now when user clicks on the report from Landing page where he don't have access to report just gets blank. Please suggest how to show the error message instead of showing the blank report. As error message would be more relevant from end user perspective.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on your description, have you applied RLS for the report? You can remove their permissions from the "manage permissions", and an error message will be displayed when they access the report.

select the workspace >> go to the data sets tab >> select the data set >> clcik "..." at the end of the data set >> Manage Permissions >>remove the permissions.

Best Regards,
Liang
