Sharing filtered report from App not possible?

Hello everyone,

for our report in the service we need the end users to be able to share filtered views.
The "Share" option where you can do that exists in the workspace but is not displayed in the app environment:

Is there a setting I am missing or is this feature really not available for the App experience?

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can share filtered report by the “Share” icon when you share the link of the report. But, you can’t share it directly in an app. There is no "Share" icon in the app.

The only way is filtering report in the app and saving it. And then you can update the permission of the app.

Users who have access to the app will finally get the filtered views.
