Sharing a report with internal users is not showing inside Manage Access for the report

I have shared a power BI report with internal user using the web browser as follow:-

but when i access the report inside my onedrvie >> and i click on "Manage Access", i did not find the user which i shared the reprt with..

Sharing a report in the service is different than sharing with OneDrive or Sharepoint. It is a separate permission you will need to add in onedrice/sharepoint to share with someone else.
