Hi there!
I have a problem linking our corporate sharepoint folder to Power BI.
An error shows that the query contains columns with complex types that cannot be loaded.
Unfortunatelly, the problemn column is precisely the one that contains a file, Content [Binary] 🙂
Any idea what can cause a problem?
Can it be because of the large number of files with different formats?

The main issue is that Power BI does not support the Binary Data Type. So, while you are seeing an error, this is expected behaviour. SO, you have to convert it to something else before you load it in. Or, you could not load it in. Or, you could convert it on the import as suggested by @pzhirnov in this thread from earlier this year:
