I have built a new report and shared with staff with pro license and they can't see the report, it comes as attached.
Once they click on see details it comes a message as attached.
I see the report with no problems.
I have been sharing other reports with the same people and never had this issue.
Any clue on what is causing this issue?
It might have been a temporary glitch in the system. It is working now. Thanks
Hi @MarcioL,
Glad to hear that the problem is resolved.

Yuliana Gu
Hi @MarcioL,
What is the data source? Which authentication type did you choose when specifying credential in desktop?
Regards,
Yuliana Gu
Is this a Live Connection or Direct Query model? Is there security being applied at the data source?
It is a Direct Query model. Only certain people has access to the database.
I have shared files from the same database with the same people and they can access it.
Thing you need to check: Does each person who is using this report have access to the Tables and Queries being run?
When you set up a Direct Query, you can choose to pass through the user's authentication, or make use of the one listed in the Gateway. The error makes me suspect you are passing this through and therefore you need to ensure all of the security is set up for each user.
