Shared Workspace Publish - Direct Query Using SQL

Hi,

Am I correct in saying using the shared workspace publish from PBI desktop, DQ uses TOP 1000 rows in SQL?
Please can you guide me to a document to validate?

Currently there is a limit of 1 Million rows for items
