I have created a Teams shared channel. Gave my customers access, both to the sharepoint page and to the report itself.
The customer has access to the Power Bi report via direct link.
He has no access when he wants to open the embedded PowerBI report via Teams, Sharepoint page or directly via Sharepoint website.
Here come 2 error messages:
1) Please log in, if you click on Next an endless loop starts or the following error.
2)An Error occured, please try logging out and back in and then revisiting this page. Correlation id: undefined, http response status: 400, server error code 10001, message: missing refresh token
I have checked the sharepoint page permissions, also the Power BI permissions are correct. Also the B2B Azure setting are on "all allowed".
MFA settings are also ok and the client accept the message.
Logging in and out, refreshing the website done as well. No success.
Any ideas? Error from the new shared channel feature?
Solved! Go to Solution.
It works.
We already have the shared channel function in use with our customers.
For this, only the preview build version must be active in Teams and the B2B setting must be active at the customer and itself.

I do not think it is currently possible to use teams across different tenants with B2B
I could be wrong but I have not seen this working.
