Share Report with External User

Hi All,

I have a PowerBI pro account and I am looking to share a report to a Pro user outside of my organization (External User). Please let me know how can i do the same.

Hi @bhattshubham ,

First, you should invite he/she into your organization, there two ways.

Planned invites

Ad hoc invites 

Second, share the access for the external user via link or some thing else and your Tentant URL.

The last, guest user changes the Tentant URL and this will allow him to see the report in your organization.
