Hi,

Since the 5th of jan we are having an issue with some of our reports. We get the "Cannot Load Model" error when trying to open a handfull of our reports and when trying to configure the dataset and gateway there is just a message that "Settings are not available for datasets that did not come from a file" with no possibilty to edit any settings. The reports are connected via Live Querry from SSAS Tabular.

Any help is welcome.

Can you confirm users has enough permission to view the SSAS datasource?

Yes. I'm admin on all datasources and are not able to view the reports.

No. The Gateway was last updated about a year ago. I'm going to try to upgrade it now to see if it solves the issue. There were however not an issue a couple of weeks ago so it would be strange if the issue suddenly appeard...
