Setting Scheduled Refresh with minimum interval bandwidth

Hi Community,

We have 48 times Scheduled refresh for Workspace with Premium Capacity & 8 times for Pro License.
Consider here two scenario:

Scenario 1. I'm working in Premium Capacity, and set manually timing for Scheduled Refresh, let say at 2:00 PM,

a) Now is it mandatory that the next schedule timing should have minimum gap of half an hour i.e. I need to schedule next scheduled refresh at 2:30 pm?

b) Is it fixed like every 30 minutes throughout the day or I can play with it, for example i set it up from 6 am to 10 am, i will do all 48 times refresh for the day?

Scenario 2: I'm working with Pro License, and set manually timining for Scheduled Refresh, let say at 3:00 PM,

a) Now is it mandatory that the next schedule timing should have minimum gap of three hours i.e. I need to schedule next scheduled refresh at 6:00 pm?

b) Is it fixed like every 3 hours throughout the day or I can play with it, for example i set it up from 6 am to 10 am, i will do all 8 times refresh for the day?

Regards,
MG

You can schedule refresh at minium interval of 30 minutes, not less than that
so for Senario 1 (Premium capacity) you can only schedule refresh like 12AM, 12:30AM, 1AM, 1:30AM ...
but not as 12AM, 12:15AM, 12:30AM.....
For Senario 2 (Pro Liacense) you can schedule refresh like 12AM, 12:30AM, 1AM, 1:30AM ... upto 8 refreshes, ao ita up to you, if you want to utilise all 8 refresh in 4 hours with 30 minutes interval or in 24 hours with 3 hours interval

If you need your refreshes happen less than 30 minutes window, would suggest to ustilise Power BI rest API
