Set up power bi embed environment

I've never tried to embed power, now when I need to, did not know what I should do or where to start.

from this link https://app.powerbi.com/embedsetup, I choose to Embed for your customer (Users will not need a Power BI account, they will not need a license !!) then I get some ids and I download a code ( App owns data, is it even asp.net core web app) what is it for.

I've seen a lot of videos but not with the same process.
