Hi,
I just noticed the download limit for "Summarized data" is 500,000 lines. Please does anyone know if this used to be lower? Did it used to be 150,000 lines like the "Data with current layout" option?
Thank you,
PW
Hi @PowerWhy ,
Excel exportable limit is still 150,000 rows. This would be the 2nd option in dropdown of file format.
500,000 rows is the max limit of no. of rows for connecting an excel live to your dataset/report. This is a new option provided by Power BI. You can connect your excel live to Power BI dataset and play around in excel with this option.

It's still an option for 150k on the drop down, the 500k is a completely different type of export and is confusingly now shown as the default.
It has it's advantages in some select scenarios, but most users will probably want the previously default option (in the drop down)

150k is a flat file
500k is a live connected table and may or may not work in all cases
