Service Dataset refresh Bug?

We have a composite model that we rarely make changes to. I pulled it down and added a new page. Went to upload to the workspace and got this issue

Anyone ever encounter this ?

What's your data source? Would you please check if it is supports refresh in power bi service, please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-admin-troubleshoot-unsupported-data-source-for-refresh.

And if you are using web api in your data source. Did you contain dynamic url in web.content. You'd better construct your url by RelativePath and Query options. Make sure you have a vaild static base url in the first parameter in web.content. have you checked if you gateway it out of date? its a good diea to be sure to update the gateway montly or each quarter.
