Hello @jinyoungkim95,

The error ServerError_CapacityNotActive means that the workspace you’re trying to use is not assigned to an active capacity (F-SKU or P-SKU).

👉 Things to check:

  1. Go to your workspace → Settings → License and verify which capacity it’s assigned to.

  2. Make sure the capacity is running — this error also appears if the capacity has been paused (common with Fabric F-SKUs, since you can pause/resume them).

  3. If the capacity is paused, simply resume it from the Admin portal → Capacities → Resume.

  4. If there’s no active capacity available, either start a Fabric trial or assign the workspace to a paid Fabric (F SKU).

Hope it can help you !

Best regards,

Antoine

Hi @jinyoungkim95

One further thing to add is if you are not a capacity admin, you might need to speak to your fabric administrator to better understand when the capacity gets paused or resumed so that you can understand when to use it or not to use it.
