Hi,
I want to export Power BI reports to excel and send as attachment to multiple external users. I am also looking to send one single email with multiple reports as attachments. How can I achieve this? Please advice. Thanks

If you want to send report emails to multiple external users you should add all of them as guest users on Azure Portal.
Multiple attachments are not supported currently but maybe you can consider using PowerAutomate to do that trick (refer to here)

In my opinion, you can not export the entire report to Excel in Power BI, you can export data from visualization in your report, or you can just export the report to PDF or PPT. To send an email with multiple reports to external users, you can take DavidBI’s advice, or you can just save your reports as pbix file and attach them to your email, like this:
