i am trying to test the 'send refresh failure notifications to the dataset owner' feature in Powerbi service. And i have intentionally stopped our gateway and the refresh failed with message 'your data gateway is offline or couldn't be reached. But i don't see any notifications come in. I even looked at our spam firewall but nothing there. Can you please tell me how this works? The contact information on the gateway is my email.

I have test on my side, it works well.
And this notification will only email the current dataset owner in the event of a failure.
