Send email notification to report owner if there is any input comment

If any users input comments on the report/dashboard without using "@" symbol, can the report/dashboard owner receive email notification?

@PBI_newuser -  I believe, no. When you @mention others in your comment, Power BI will immediately send a push notification to their mobile device to grab their attention.
