Send email based on power bi dataset/dataflow

I have project related information like projectid , projectname, start date , end date.

I have manager related information for each project like manager name , manager email.

I want to send emails to manager based on  the project information.

Can you please guide ?

I want to create a dataflow or dataset in power bi service and based on the data maybe create a power automate to send emails.

I dont want to send notification. I want to send email based on the data.. The data will contain emails of the person to whoom the email is to be sent...sorry for not being clear earlier..
