Secure Embed Codes - New Features

There is a new featured, Secure embed codes, scheduled for release November 2018.

Q) I'm curious if this feature has been released? There are a few days left in November - but just want to confirm that a) Not been released or b)if it has been released -- how can I use the feature (it is currently not showing up) - does the feature only show up based on specific conditions?
