Scroll bar missing in Personalization pane – Power BI Service

Hi Community

I’m facing an issue in the Power BI Service where the scroll bar is missing in the Personalization pane (Personalize visuals). Because of this, I’m unable to scroll and view all the available personalization options.

This issue has been occurring for the past few days and is reproducible across reports in the workspace.

Has anyone else faced this issue recently, or is this a known bug? Any workaround or fix would be appreciated.

I tested "Personalize visuals" feature, I am able to see the scroll bar. Could not reproduce the issue.

Have you tested this in another machine with a different screen resolution? If not then please do.

If you have made any changes to your screen resolution or broser zoom then try to reset them to default and check again. If the issue still persists, then reach out to Microsoft Support team.

The Personalization pane is rendered using responsive design, and in some cases (especially with smaller screen resolutions or zoom settings), the scroll bar does not appear even though the content exceeds the visible area. This is not related to your report configuration but to the Service interface.

Avoid relying on the Service pane for heavy personalization tasks. Instead, configure key options in Desktop or use bookmarks for controlled customisation.
