Hi,
By using XMLA Endpoint, I was able to access my PowerBI Dataset in the Service using SQL Management Studio, which allowed me to process/refresh a single table in my dataset. The Script to refresh is as below
{
"refresh": {
"type": "full",
"objects": [
{
"database": "BE Standard Cost Actual Reporting",
"table": "Flash_Volume"
}
]
}
}
Now, if I want to schedule SQL Studio, or using any other tool to schedule this code to run in SQL Studio every 10 minutes, how can I do it?
Have you ever succeded in solving your requirement? Maybe even an elegant way with PowerAutomate?
Thanks!
You can create a SSIS package for this, you can run a scheduled powershell script, you can use Power Automate to run a HTTP POST request. What's your preference?
Note: The tricky part with all of these will be to obtain the auth token.
Hi @lbendlin , Do you have some resources online that I can refer to for each of those options you mentioned?
