I've created a Python visual using Prophet and other libraries in Power BI Desktop, and it works fine. However, when I published the report to Power BI Service, I received the following error:
[S-b6c58d24-3791-4e6d-a8d4-6a92edf34701][S-b6c58d24-3791-4e6d-a8d4-6a92edf34701]ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'prophet'
Is there a solution for this error, or does it mean that Prophet is not supported in Power BI Service?

Hi. I'm sorry but you can't use any library for python visuals. There are a set of libraries and you need to stick to them. You can't install new modules. Check the list in here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-python-packages-support
I hope that helps,
Happy to help!

@ibarrau thanks for your reply which wasn't what I was looking for but it is what is it. I'll need to rewrite the Python script using one of the ones in the list, I suppose I should have checked first
