Scheduling dashboards on Power BI app (Power BI gateway)

Hi, 

I want to refresh my data which is souring from a flat file on my computer. When i refresh it on power BI app it throws an error that the dataset includes a on premise source. I was reading online and it mentioned that i need a Power BI gateway for connection.

I have installed power BI gateway on my computer that i have admin rights on, and the service is up and running, but in the article it is mentioned to sign into the datasource and specify an Authentication type. I am in power BI app and i dont see a place where i can manage my dataset authentication. following is the screen shot. Can someone guide me on how and where to manage dataset Authentication from and make my data refreshable?

Go to Schedule Refresh and it will have a Data Source area that you can enter the credentials.

Actually i should have included another screenshot because i went to both refresh and refresh schedule but the following screen shows the following message. i have my personal gateway running ! - do i need to be a Pro user to leverage this service?
