Scheduled refresh inconsistently failing when connecting to Azure DevOps

Hi All,

We have a dataset that is configured to connect to our Azure DevOps instance using:

Authentication method: OAuth2

Privacy level setting for this data source: Organizational

Sometimes the scheduled refresh succeeds. About half the time, it fails with the following message;

Processing error: The credentials provided for the VSTS source are invalid (source at xxxx<devops instance>)

Any reason why it is failing sometimes and not others? Thanks in advance.

Hi @dnaman 

The only thing I can think of is either a network issue or something happening when logging in at that point in time.

I would maybe change the time it refreshes and see if that works?

Otherwise I would log a support ticket https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
