We are facing problems with the scheduled refresh of our data set through the enterprise gateway.
The data set is supposed to be refreshed at 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM.
In the refresh history, the actual refresh times are the scheduled time + approximately 25 mins delay, therefore the dataset is refreshed at 6:55 AM, 7:25 AM and 7:55 AM.
The actual refresh takes only about 30 seconds.
Is anybody else experiencing this kind of delay on data refresh through the enterprise gateway with such an consistent offset of approx. 25 minutes?
I remember there were known technical issues with the schedule refresh function in Western Europe considered to be fixed by January 11th, but we have been experiencing this issue for the past few weeks.
Thank you in advance for any ideas of how to fix this!

Hi @v-ljerr-msft,
thank you for the information about the schedule refresh delay.
I suppose the only possibility for us to provide current data on time is to load the data into our on-premise SSAS server and use this as a source for Power BI (was our plan all along, now we have to move things a little bit faster )
Kind Regards
Frank
