Hello,
I have a large (400MB) Power BI model that is scheduled to refresh via Power BI Dataflows & Azure Blob Storage twice daily (730am, 230pm). Before Monday, the full refresh had been taking about 25 minutes to complete on the service. This Monday the model began taking 90+ minutes to complete and has timed out at the 2 hour mark twice. Nothing has changed with the model or data sources.
I've had the normal 25 minutes refreshes only twice this week, and both have been during the 12 o clock hour. This makes me think the time of day impacts the refresh performance. Is this possible?
Please let me know if more info is needed.
Thank you,
Ted
Hi @tedhammond
What happens if you try and refresh this data at another time to see if it refreshes?
My thinking is that there might be something else going at those times?
Like I said, I was able to refresh quickly during the noon hour. I'm agree something is going on at the other times, I'm just not sure what.
