Scheduled Refresh out of sync with Last Refresh

Hi,

 

I have a last refresh query that I used in reports when using Power Bi Reports Server that would remain in sync with the Scheduled Refresh. However, using the same thing in in Service, it appears to not be in sync. Additionally, the scheduled refresh will be sucessful but the report visuals aren't up to date.

 

This seems much harder to use than Power Bi Reports Server.
