My scheduled refresh became disabled for some reason, and when I click the "schedule refresh" button, I get no response. The same is true when I trying to view the semantic model, and 'manage connections and gateways'. I'm wondering if there was a new update that disbled those screens, and how I can fix it.

Hi @aharward ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
Scheduled refresh can be disabled if any data source lacks valid credentials. This often results in the inability to access the Schedule Refresh or Manage Gateways options.
Please check if the associated gateway might be misconfigured, offline, or outdated. This can prevent access to certain settings and disrupt scheduled refreshes.
@Jai-Rathinavel made a valid point as well, Please try to implement their steps and check as well.

Thank you for you assistance. I did follow @Jai-Rathinavel 's advice. I also updated the gateway to the current version. The data will refresh if I do it manually, I just can't get to the settings to enable a scheduled refresh. I recorded my screen to demostrate, I not exactly sure the best way to share it. Any further guidance is appreciated.
Hi @aharward
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
Please ensure the status shows online for the gateway
in manage connections and gateways.
Also check the status in connections
Please make sure the statuses are online for both these settings and check if you are able to configure schedule refresh

Hi @aharward
1. Please download the Model from Service.
2. Refresh it locally, then again Publish it to Power BI Service.
3. Now you would be able to configure the scheduled refresh
This should resolve your issue
Thanks,

Thank you for the suggestion. I did download the model and republish it. Unfortuantely, nothing changed. It refreshes ok. I'm just not able to get into the settings to enable the scheduled refresh.
Do you see the toggle switched to "On" in "Refresh" section in Settings? If the dataset is failing to refresh consecutively, Power BI disables the scheduled refresh.
Unfortuantely, no. When I click on "Settings" nothing happens. It acts like a dead link, or no link at all. The same is true when I click on "Schedule Refresh from the drop down".
Has someone taken ownership of the model? You should be able to see the owner in the semantic model settings
I am the owner.
Hi @aharward ,
Is it creating any error message?
Can you also trying doing this in an incognito window or clearing your browser cache?
If that doesn't work, can you try republishing the semantic model to the workspace?
If this helped, please mark it as the solution so others can benefit too. And if you found it useful, kudos are always appreciated.
Thanks,
Samson
