Schedule refresh Failed: Internal server error

Hello Team,
I'm getting error or "Refresh Failed" I have implemented scheduled refresh at 4:00 PM PST.
Please find the below screenshot for refrerence.

Thanks for uzuntasgokberk's reply. Have you currently resolved the refresh problem? If not you can try the method in the link above to rename and republish . If the problem still persists, you can share your current data source, connection, PBI desktop version, etc. for testing purposes.
