Schedule Refresh with Azure PostgreSQL Database

Is it possible to schedule refresh a dataset that is connected to an Azure PostgreSQL DB without a gateway connection?

Do you happen to know how? Schedule refresh settings remain greyed out without some sort of gatewat setup.

Should be. There is no gateway requirement for a PostgreSQL database.
