Schedule Refresh Option Disable

Hi Guys,

I’m triying to set up a refresh schedule, however I see the option is disable in the settings tab. I’m not ussing any gateway as all the information is on the cloud in sharepoints or in other power BI reports.

Do you know how can I solve this Issue?

Hi @AndresPesca 

What you would need to do, is to click on the Edit Credentials for your Sharepoint link and authenticate again?

Once that is done you should then be able to have the scheduled refresh.

I keep trying to do that but under authentication method I can only select "Anonymous"
